LPC Babies!
- Wednesday 6th of April 2011 02:26 PM

Wow if there was an LPC maternity ward last week, we certainly would have filled it up with new LPC babies! Congratulations to all of these LPC members and their families:

Julie and Jared Murnin, Abilene, Texas. Julie owns Cattle Designs, an advertising agency located in Abilene. They announce the birth of a little boy, Cooper, born March 30 weighing in at 8 lbs., 9 oz. Big Sister Claire welcomes him too! Also Jared is the regional manager for the American Angus Association for Texas and New Mexico.

Amber and Chad Martin, Des Moines, Iowa. They welcome Preston James born on March 31. He weighed in at 6 lbs., 15 oz. Amber is one of the designers at EDJE Technologies and you've probably met her at one of the LPC workshops or Ag Media Summits.

Rachel and Brandon Cutrer announce the birth of Mollie Jo born April 1. She tipped the scales at 7 lbs., 6 oz. and this is Rachel and Brandon's first baby! Rachel is the owner of Ranch House Designs which is a full service graphic design and communications firm located in Wharton, Texas.

Deadline is approaching for submission of entries for Contest and Critique
- Wednesday 6th of April 2011 02:06 PM

APRIL 20 is quickly coming up and we want to be sure you get your entries in for the Contest and the Critique. This is your opportunity to get the recognition for the work you are producing through the contest and then in the Critique, you can find out what you need to do to improve your work.

Check out all of the details in the comprehensive descriptions of both programs on the LPC website. This is the second year for the division of the Critiques and the Contest and the board feels that the benefits of both are worth a look. http://www.livestockpublications.com/forms.php

Good Luck!
